Terms of Service for EV Cuisine
Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EV Cuisine!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our catering services. We are passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences through quality catering services, customized menus, and attention to every detail. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Catering Quotes and Estimates

ü  All initial quotes provided through our online form are estimates based on the details you submit, such as guest count and menu choices.

ü  Final pricing will be determined and locked in once a custom menu is approved and an official service contract is signed.

Booking and Payments

ü  To secure your event date, we require a deposit as outlined in your specific service contract.

ü  All online payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal.

ü  Balances must be paid in full by the due date specified prior to your event. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of our services.

Guest Count and Menu Changes

ü  You must provide a final, guaranteed guest count by the deadline written in your contract, usually 7 to 14 days before the event.

ü  If your guest count increases after the deadline, we will do our best to accommodate the change, and extra fees will apply. We cannot lower the price if your guest count decreases after the deadline.

Cancellations and Refunds

ü  If you need to cancel your event, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

ü  Deposits are generally non-refundable because we block out our calendar and purchase fresh ingredients specifically for your event.

ü  Specific refund percentages for cancellations made close to the event date will be detailed in your individual service contract.

Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

ü  It is your responsibility to inform EV Cuisine of any severe food allergies or dietary restrictions during the menu planning phase.

ü  While we take immense care to avoid cross-contamination, our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, like nuts, dairy, and wheat. We cannot guarantee an environment that is 100% free of allergens.

Limitation of Liability

ü  EV Cuisine is not liable for events that are canceled or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or venue issues.

Changes to These Terms

ü  We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
